Vozes Daqui de Parelheiros, together with Coletivo Encrespades, took part in COP30, affirming that peripheral communities not only experience the impacts of the climate crisis, but also build solutions, narratives, and possible futures. From the outskirts of São Paulo to the world, the initiative reinforced that climate justice must be debated with and from the territories. 💚🌍
Their participation was part of a diverse program that brought together educommunication, art, youth engagement, and the occupation of public spaces as tools for social and environmental transformation. Below is an overview of the activities carried out:

🌈 Climate Justice Hopscotch | Various locations across Belém
The traditional hopscotch game took over the streets of Belém and became a collective action for climate justice. Each square represented a struggle against climate injustice and environmental racism, bringing together voices, dreams, and steps of those building the future now.
They continue to occupy spaces, communicate, and connect territories — because there is no climate justice without peripheral communities at the center of the debate. 💥🌱
