Socio-Emotional Workshop: art, care, and expression at the Cultural Showcases

Instituto Eurofarma, in partnership with IBEAC, carried out the Socio-Emotional Workshop, an activity of the Matéria Prima — after-school program, during the Cultural Showcases at IE Itapevi and IE São Paulo. The initiative brought together art, education, and care, strengthening spaces for listening and expression for children and adolescents.

✨ Our team of educators truly shined. In Itapevi, activities were led by Jakey Lima, Rafael, and Bruna. In São Paulo, the workshop was conducted by Thais CQC, Léo Coortes, and Renan William, who guided powerful and sensitive creative processes.

🎨 Throughout the sessions, children and adolescents created artworks that expressed emotions, feelings, and ancestry through different artistic languages. The activities were inspired by Crankie (paper scroll theatre), cordel storytelling, earth-pigment painting, and the collective production of a book, valuing creativity, memory, and diverse forms of knowledge.

It was a space filled with art, affection, care, and collaboration, reaffirming the commitment to educational practices that place well-being and holistic development at the center.

💛 Another Perifa Cuida action!
Thank you, Itapevi! Thank you, São Paulo!
Congratulations to all the educators involved! 👏
