Moments of Body and Word: LGBTQIAPN+ authorship!
A powerful and diverse gathering with Amara Moira, Fred Itioka, and Samuel Gomes at Espaço Literat. 📚
The roundtable discussion covered topics such as intersectionality, representation of the LGBTQIAPN+ community in literature, foster care, emotional bonds, and the power of writing as a record of LGBTQIAPN+ experiences. 🖋️
🌸 In tune with the roundtable discussion, the youth of the Literature and Human Rights project presented the exhibition Narratives of Courage — a curated selection of excerpts from the works of the invited authors, photographic records, and other productions that reveal the body, word, and authorship as territories of resistance and affirmation.
Project carried out through the Culture Incentive Law – Rouanet Law, with support from Literat. Sponsored by CNA Idiomas, carried out by Literasampa, IBEAC, and the Ministry of Culture – Federal Government.
