We are delighted to announce the arrival of two great professionals to the IBEAC Board:
Ellen Kathrin, an economist with a solid international career and the first female Vice-President of Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, is now a member of our Fiscal Council.
Cristiana Xavier de Brito, a reference in Institutional Relations and Sustainability and author of the book “Mulher Alfa – Liderança que Inspira” (Alpha Woman – Leadership that Inspires), joins us as an Advisory Board Member.
They add their experience to our mission of building a fair and collective future. Welcome!
Ellen Kathrin Pfeffer
Kathrin is a German economist with a 35-year career in the Daimler Group, having been the first female Vice-President of Mercedes-Benz do Brasil. From 2025, she will take over the leadership of the German Benevolent Society, which will be active in the third sector.
Cristiana Xavier
Cristiana has worked in Institutional Relations and Sustainability for over 30 years, working for large national and multinational companies. She is the author of the book “Mulher Alfa – Liderança que Inspira” (Alpha Woman – Leadership that Inspires) and an advocate of transformative leadership with a positive impact on people, business and the environment.
